To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Tijuana. Responsibilities Evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers in alignment with quality and regulatory standards. Conduct ISO 13485:2016 audits and ensure supplier compliance, particularly in the medical device or electronics industry. Implement and monitor process controls, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze data to validate processes, resolve non‑conformances, and support risk assessments. Interpret technical drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support supplier development and performance tracking. Perform supplier quality system audits. Experience in the medical devices industry (desirable). Qualifications Advanced English. Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in supplier quality, with a focus on the medical device or electronics industry. Strong knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards and audit practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills in problem‑solving techniques and CAPA methodologies.
