Descripción del puesto Buscamos un HR Manager que combine mentalidad estratégica, ejecución impecable y obsesión por los datos. Liderarás People (operativo + reclutamiento + administración + cultura) con el objetivo de garantizar cobertura, eficiencia, permanencia y una experiencia de colaborador consistente en toda la operación. Necesitamos a alguien que pueda moverse entre la estrategia de talento, la operación diaria y la resolución de problemas en tiempo real. Responsabilidades Recruiting & Headcount (Core del rol) Construir un motor de reclutamiento escalable para roles operativos y corporativos. Garantizar cobertura estable en ***** sucursales, anticipando necesidades de personal. Diseñar y monitorear KPIs clave: funnel de reclutamiento, efectividades, permanencia, rotación y tiempos de cobertura. People Operations Gestionar toda la plantilla (400+ HC): altas, bajas, movimientos, contratos y periodos de prueba. Asegurar procesos sólidos de administración: incidencias, descuentos, bonos, finiquitos, vacaciones, IMSS. Ejecutar procesos disciplinarios y asegurar cumplimiento con LFT y NOM-*****. People Analytics Crear dashboards claros y accionables en Google Sheets. Analizar tendencias de rotación, permanencia, ausentismo y productividad. Presentar insights semanales a Dirección General y Operaciones. Culture & Employee Experience Impulsar una cultura de rendimiento, colaboración y responsabilidad. Implementar programas de reconocimiento y comunicación interna. Organizar eventos corporativos y actividades que fortalezcan engagement. Liderazgo de Equipo Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo de 8–10 personas (HRBPs). Crear una cultura interna de disciplina, accountability y foco en resultados. Requisitos 5 años en Recursos Humanos. Experiencia liderando equipos y manejando plantillas grandes (400+ HC). Background en retail, logística, dark stores o ambientes de alta rotación. Dominio avanzado de Google Sheets. Experiencia en reclutamiento masivo y operación de Recursos Humanos end-to-end. Capacidad para trabajar con presión, urgencia y cambios constantes. Qué buscamos en ti Piensas con datos, ejecutas con velocidad. Lideras con claridad y elevas el nivel del equipo. Te mueves bien en entornos caóticos, cambiantes y de crecimiento acelerado. Tienes criterio, sentido común y enfoque en "cómo sí". Eres estratega, pero no tienes problema en meterte a la operación cuando se necesita. Oferta Sueldo competitivo: $40,000 mensuales (pago quincenal). Horario: L–V 9:*****:00, S 9:*****:00. Prestaciones de ley. SGMM BBVA (individual). Membresía Total Pass. 4 días de salud mental al año.
