Service Coordinator – Pellera Technologies Mexico Join our Digital Infrastructure Practice as a Service Coordinator, ensuring seamless service delivery, high client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Essential Functions Translate priorities into operational reality; align communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, and internal processes to deliver measurable, sustainable results. Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Digital Infrastructure Practice, delivering exceptional service and support throughout engagement lifecycles. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations. Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations proactively and with timely resolution. Receive and review service requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and SLA compliance. Monitor resource utilization and capacity, identifying optimization opportunities. Collaborate with resource managers to address staffing gaps and capacity constraints. Track service delivery progress, milestones, and deliverables against project timelines and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of service requests and interactions in the service management system or CRM. Generate reports, metrics, and KPIs on service performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction. Analyze data trends to identify improvement areas and drive process enhancements.
