Associate Marketing Onco-Hematology (Fixed Term - 2 year) What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. Key responsibilities Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings) Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids message scripts advertising congresses etc.) in line with international branding and key messages. Translates/implements international brand campaign locally. Analyses market research and develop POA. Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials KOL development etc.) Recruits and handles external vendors. Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases. Help to manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition development and execution of go-to-market plans from the internal readiness. Coordinate regular launch team meetings publishing notes and action items to team members. Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in optimally. Outputs Support in country brand plans. Promotional campaigns. Marketing events. Brand Performance. Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews. Competencies Applies project management analytical communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates commercial drive and networking flexibility and helicopter-view capabilities. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree OR Associates degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Proficient / Advanced business English. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical company. Detailed experience in Oncology area and success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
