Plant Finance Analyst

Overview Join our dynamic Supply Chain Finance team at Kellanova, where you’ll play a pivotal role in consolidating, analyzing, and reviewing plant financial results to drive operational excellence. As a Plant Finance Analyst, you’ll partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, robust cost analysis, and effective budget management. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with peers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights, support compliance, and champion best practices that enhance our plant’s performance. Responsibilities Consolidate and Analyze Financial Results – Review plant financials, including cost of production, factory expenses, and non-operational impacts (e.g., obsoletes, asset write-offs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Drive Budgeting and Forecasting – Prepare plant budgets and outlooks, providing a comprehensive understanding of total costs per brand/category and their allocation to internal customers and business units. Business Partnering – Collaborate with plant leadership to identify opportunities, validate scenarios, and support decision-making through robust financial analysis and recommendations. Lead Process Improvements – Analyze existing processes, propose enhancements, and implement solutions to optimize cost management, reporting, and compliance. Support Internal Controls and Audits – Ensure adherence to internal audit requirements, review accruals, and validate compliance with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and other financial guidelines. Manage Capital and Inventory – Validate capital investment requirements, oversee spare parts inventory, and support reporting on idle assets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field At least 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments Experience supporting audits, budgeting, and financial planning processes Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills Proficiency in Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, or similar financial systems Advanced English skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results, and maintain high attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset What’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
