Join our team Are you interested in audit of travel expense reports, matching of payments between Concur and the different ERP´s. Join our team Your Mission: To ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient management of travel and expense processes while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The TnE Analyst leverages advanced tools and best practices to optimize workflows, support digital transformation initiatives, and deliver strategic value through collaboration, process automation, and proactive performance monitoring. Responsibilities: Validate and process travel and expense reports ensuring compliance with global and local policies. Monitor adherence to corporate guidelines and resolve discrepancies promptly. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in TnE operations. Use platforms such as M3, BlackLine, BI, and ServiceNow for expense validation, reporting, and workflow optimization. Maintain data integrity and support digital transformation initiatives. Communicate effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding TnE policies and procedures. Track and analyze KPIs related to travel and expense processes. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to meet performance targets. Your profile: Relevant University degree preferred. Experience in travel expense audits in a multinational company. 1-2 years’ experience working in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage. Good command of Spanish. Working knowledge of English preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 and BPCS will be an advantage. Experience from working with SAP Concur are meriting. Personality Good organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem solving skills. Ability to plan work effectively. Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details. Team player, enthusiastic, innovative and pro-active with good organizing and time management skills. It all starts with people.
