About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems. This role focuses on financial and accounting processes and requires a deep understanding of client needs to design customized solutions and ensure successful system adoption. Essential Job Functions Lead full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including configuration and integration into client IT environments. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and develop tailored SAP solutions. Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting. Map business requirements to SAP functionality and document functional specifications. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Support data migration, including financial master data and legacy data uploads. Prepare Business Process Procedures (BPPs), conduct user training, and provide post‑implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on SAP experience. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, Asset Accounting). Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes. Experience in SAP configuration and customization. Other Qualifications Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross‑functional teams. Experience with project management and implementation methodologies.
