This is a remote position. *** This position is only for candidates located in Mexico*** We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist with solid experience in the Insurance industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insurance products policies and workflows along with hands‑on experience performing both manual testing in complex systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and scripts for insurance‑related applications Perform manual and/or automated testing to ensure product quality and compliance with business requirements Identify document and track defects through resolution using standard QA tools Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Development and Business Analysts Validate data accuracy system integrations and regulatory requirements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous process improvement Ensure adherence to QA best practices and documentation standards Requirements Fluent comunication in English Previous experience as a QA Specialist/Engineer within the Insurance industry (P&C Health Life or similar) Strong knowledge of insurance processes policy administration systems claims systems or underwriting workflows Proficiency with testing tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira TestRail Postman Selenium etc.) Familiarity with API testing and database validation (SQL is a plus) Strong analytical problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Required Skills: Fluent communication in English Previous experience as a QA Specialist/Engineer within the Insurance industry (P&C Health Life or similar) Strong knowledge of insurance processes policy administration systems claims systems or underwriting workflows Proficiency with testing tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira TestRail Postman Selenium etc.) Familiarity with API testing and database validation (SQL is a plus) Strong analytical problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Key Skills Invoicing Information Technology Sales IT Support Audio Visual Database Administration Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
