We partner with customers to bring their best ideas to life and provide support and growth to strengthen and evolve skills within the consulting field.As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies. You are an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling the program across the enterprise, you will bring our low-code platform to life.To be successful in this role, you need to:Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integrationHave the skills and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian softwareAnalyze a client’s business strategy and processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business goalsApply design thinking for prototypes and model business processesPossess exceptional verbal and written communication skillsHave a solid foundation of, or passion for, technologyPreferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologiesBasic Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalentBusiness proficiency in EnglishWillingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagementTools and ResourcesTraining and Development: onboarding and department-specific training with mentorship and programs such as First-FriendGrowth Opportunities: leadership program for new and aspiring managers, Appian University training, skills-based training, and tuition reimbursementCommunity: inclusive culture with employee-led affinity groups that foster networking and engagementAbout AppianAppian is a software company that automates business processes.
