Chief of Staff Track – Director of BizOps Fast-track your career to the C-suite in tech We’re looking for a highly ambitious operator who wants to accelerate their path to becoming a tech executive—or founding their own startup. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team, gaining direct exposure to every part of the business. You’ll need a high operational IQ, a bias for action, and the ability to learn and execute across multiple functions at speed. This is the most direct path to earning the skills, network, and experience needed to launch and lead your own venture. We’ve built the first all-in-one infrastructure for launching embedded fintech products—supercharged by vertical AI agents and stablecoins.
