OverviewAtradius N. V. operates in 50 countries worldwide and offers Trade Credit insurance solutions for businesses domestically and internationally. Through its branch location in Mexico, Atradius CyC, opportunities exist for experienced professionals to join our Global Accounts Team in Mexico City, Mexico as Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics, and 5+ years of financial or business analysis experience with a focus on client relations.

The Senior Account Manager will
Be responsible for the management, development and retention of existing customer relations with the aim of maximizing income growthProvide service and support to customers and brokers/agents to develop and build client relationshipsIdentify and support development of business opportunities for additional sales of services and productsEstablish policy terms and conditions (including pricing and risk assessment) to ensure profitability of portfolios: negotiate/restructure poorly performing policies as requiredApply an understanding, aligned to the appropriate competency level and business segment, for policy structures, country requirements, legal aspects and, where necessary, cultural sensitivitiesManage several Multinational Accounts after appropriate training periodRequirementsDetail-oriented with strong overall analysis skillsAbility to self-start and work with little oversightPassport required, ability to travel locally and abroad as neededSound understanding of financial analysis and/or bank structuresUnderstanding of working with different cultures and time zonesOccasional flexibility with hours due to time zone variancesStrong interest in companies and trading activitiesAbility to work well with others in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAmbitious and eager to learnWell-developed skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Copilot, etc.)Ability to create basic formulas in Excel5+ years previous applicable experienceDo you have any questions about our offer?
