IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Analyst at Solvo Global About the Role We are looking for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer who bridges the gap between data engineering and front-end systems. This role includes structuring data pipelines, training ML models, and integrating outputs into interactive user interfaces. Our platform is deployed both as a hosted SaaS service and in client-managed (on-prem) environments, so candidates should be comfortable working across hybrid enterprise deployments. A key focus will be leveraging our data mapping and attribution framework (“Elastic Hierarchy”) to prepare high-quality features, and helping to build agentic capabilities that drive decision‑making and automation across the platform. Key Responsibilities Design, train, and implement ML/AI models to support real‑time decision‑making. Prepare and structure large‑scale datasets with data engineers using Snowflake and MongoDB. Apply the Elastic Hierarchy framework for feature engineering and attribution across reconciled datasets. Build and optimize agent‑based workflows that connect models to front‑end and client systems. Consume and produce JSON‑based data payloads for model integration into enterprise workflows. Integrate ML results into React‑based front‑end applications for visualization and interaction. Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models in production environments (AWS Lambda, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes). Ensure reproducibility, version control, and documentation of ML workflows. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver data‑driven product strategies. Apply governance, auditability, and compliance standards for models used in regulated financial contexts. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or related field. 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data engineering. Strong Python and data manipulation skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Experience with Snowflake and MongoDB for feature engineering and training data. Familiarity with JSON‑based APIs and front‑end data integration. Experience deploying ML services on AWS (Lambda, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes). Knowledge of data mapping, attribution, or reconciliation frameworks (financial services experience is a strong plus). Familiarity with AI‑assisted development and QA tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) is a plus. Exposure to regulated data contexts such as AML or KYC workflows is a plus. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
