Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals and ensure that the Marketing Cloud solutions meet their needs. Document development processes, technical configurations, and customizations. Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Fluency in English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Proven experience of 5+ years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the context of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and targeting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Experience working with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Authorized to work in Mexico. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
