Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor application health, availability, and performance to ensure systems operate reliablyProvide Priority 1–4 support for application incidents, service requests, and defectsInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, including root cause analysisRespond to incidents and alerts within defined SLAs and escalation proceduresCoordinate with development, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to resolve issuesPerform configuration changes for specific applicationsValidate fixes and perform post-incident reviews and documentation for specific applicationsMaintain application documentation, runbooks, and support proceduresMonitor logs, dashboards, and alerts; proactively identify and prevent issuesProvide on-call or after-hours support as requiredSkills and QualificationsUniversity or college Computer Science degree or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in web development and support3–5 years of experience working with AWS cloud technologiesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTeam player. Ability to share information with peers and transfer knowledgeExperience on implementing and maintaining applications in AWSExperience troubleshooting enterprise systems/technology solutions that include both in-house code and 3rd party solutionsExperience with one of the programming languages Reactjs (preferred), Nodejs, PHP (Symfony or Yii) will be a plus, and Serverless technologiesExperience with Database Technologies (SQL language)Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines/SLA agreements (Time to resolution, quality of execution are key performance measures)Experience with utilizing and configuring monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc.)CertificationsAWS Certified Solution Architect - AssociateAWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
