This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in React and enjoys building reliable, scalable frontend systems. You’ll work closely with designers to deliver well‑architected user interfaces and CMS integrations while contributing to strong engineering practices and documentation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React.Implement and integrate CMS solutions, specifically Contentful.Collaborate with backend services built in Next.js, focusing primarily on frontend development.Build, optimize, and document reusable UI components and frontend workflows.Ensure high-quality, responsive, and accessible user experiences.Participate in code reviews and help define frontend best practices and standards.Core RequirementsStrong proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices.Experience implementing CMS solutions, preferably Contentful.Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.Familiarity with Next.js and integrating with backend APIs.Experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Availability to work PST → AST.Nice to haveExperience working with other CMS platforms or headless CMS architectures.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and performance optimization.Why Join Kake?Kake is a remote-first company with a global community — fully believing that it’s not where your table is, but what you bring to the table that matters.
