Buscamos especialistas en diseño productos digitales con + 5 años de experiencia, para trabajar como consultor de importante institución financiera.Cuentas con una sólida experiencia diseñando productos digitalesGeneras soluciones de diseño memorables, siempre centradas en el usuarioEres analítico y toma de desiciones basadas en datosConsideras los objetivos del negocio, los alcances del proyecto y posibles obstáculos al abordar un proyectoHaz liderado proyectos end to end, pasando por la conceptualización hasta el lanzamiento de un producto,Promueves la innovación y encuentras soluciones que generen valor tanto al negocio como a las personas usuarias.Sabes comunicarte de forma efectiva y tienes habilidades de negociaciónTrabajas de forma flexible y autogestiva.Tienes la disponibilidad para asistir 2 a 3 veces por semana de forma presencial a oficinas en CDMX.Tienes conocimientos en:Diseño centrado en el usuario (DCU)UsabilidadAccesibilidadMetodología SCRUMInvestigación cualitativa y cuantitativaArquitectura de la informaciónDiseño y ejecución de pruebas con usuariosDesign system, atomic design y principios de diseñoEntendimiento de experiencia multicanalConocimientos en Behavioral Economics (deseable)Dominas herramientas como:Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Industrial, Comunicación, Psicología o afínExperiencia:Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el rol de Product designer, para el rol senior.(indispensable)Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero (deseable)Salario senior: 38k a 44k brutosal mes, 100% nóminaPrestaciones de LeyPrestaciones Superiores a las de ley: Seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores, Plan dental, apoyo de maternidad/paternidad, 15 días de aguinaldo y 15 días de vacaciones desde primer año.UX Designer / Digital Sales Products / Financial ServicesMiguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico 1 week agoMiguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico 1 week ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
