Descripción del puesto:
Como Especialista Governance Priv. Seguridad Data, tendrás un rol crucial en nuestra organización, encargándote de:
- Presentar Hallazgos Clave: Comunicar los descubrimientos más importantes sobre protección y privacidad de datos en nuestros comités especializados.
- Coordinar la Clasificación de Información: Colaborar con diferentes áreas de negocio para asegurar que la información se clasifique según estándares y prioridades establecidos.
- Comunicar Riesgos: Informar a las áreas responsables sobre los riesgos asociados a la privacidad y protección de datos, siguiendo nuestras políticas y normativas.
- Fomentar la Colaboración: Asegurar una colaboración efectiva entre los equipos de IT, Seguridad de la Información, Auditoría y departamentos legales.
- Gestión de Consentimiento: Facilitar la gestión del consentimiento y derechos mediante la vinculación de datos de la entidad persona.
- Implementar Políticas: Coordinar la implementación de políticas, normas y controles de privacidad y protección de datos con diversas áreas de la empresa.
- Apoyar en Protección de Datos: Proporcionar lineamientos y apoyo continuo en protección de datos y privacidad a áreas de negocio y TI.
Requisitos:
Formación / Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales, Matemáticas o Ingeniería Industrial.
Experiencia:
- 2 a 3 años en áreas o proyectos implementando gobierno de datos, áreas de Cumplimiento y/o Auditoría.
Conocimientos / Certificaciones:
- Conocimiento en frameworks de Gobierno de datos (por ejemplo, DAMA).
- Conocimiento en regulaciones y frameworks de privacidad como RGPD, LFPDPPP, LGPD, ISO27701, BCBS 239, CCAR e HIPAA.
Habilidades / Competencias:
- Excelentes habilidades de análisis y síntesis.
- Capacidad para entender y resolver problemas de negocio.
- Habilidad para influir y negociar efectivamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Adaptabilidad cultural y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Organización y gestión efectiva.
- Capacidad para entrenar y orientar a socios de negocio y otros miembros del equipo.
