Senior Scrum Master The Sr. Scrum Master will facilitate the agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and remove impediments to help the team be productive and self‑organizing. Key responsibilities include running daily stand‑ups and other Scrum events, shielding the team from external interruptions, and ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework. The role is one of a servant‑leader and facilitator, not a traditional manager, with a focus on improving team performance and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events: lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments: identify and remove obstacles or blockers that slow down the team's progress. Coach the team: coach the team and the broader organization on agile principles, values, and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Shield the team: protect the team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus and productivity. Promote collaboration: facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, including the Product Owner. Ensure Scrum adherence: make sure the team is following the Scrum framework and principles effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 8+ years’ experience in IT industry and minimum 3–4 years as Scrum Master. Mandatory Skillsets Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. Leadership abilities, often described as servant‑leadership. Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills. Experience in the Salesforce domain and understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Scrum Master certification. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Execution of scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, daily stand‑up, sprint review, sprint retrospective. Other Relevant Experience Proficient in English communication. Experience with software development life cycle including agile; participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to meet information systems and client business requirements. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
