Descripción del empleo The role responsible to ensure existing GMI policies and SOPs are practiced and maintained; new/ revised GMI policies and SOPs are introduced, enforced and monitored. The ROLE is required to ensure continuous and consistent quality & regulatory compliance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for conducting monthly internal quality audits & sanitation audits Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and educating the importance of Food Safety Regulatory Matters policies to all functions. Maintain updated records of FSQ SOPs and audit reports. Support coordination in crisis situations. Support workplace Health & Safety and risk management implementation and ensure compliance. Support local, regional, international Haagen-Dazs FSQ initiatives and business projects. Provide quality training to individual department & external customers. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree/ Diploma in Applied Food Science, Biotechnology or Food Technology or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in food or FMCG business. HACCP certified with food plant auditing skills is a plus. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English; verbal, written and comprehension. #J-18808-Ljbffr
