🚀 #LATAM We're Hiring: Full-Stack Software Engineer If you’re passionate about scalable architecture, clean code, cloud-native solutions, and AI-assisted development, this could be your next move. Only LATAM. Fully Remote. Paid in USD. You’ll join a remote-first engineering team building high-impact backend services and APIs for global clients. You’ll use modern .NET, distributed architectures, and cloud-native patterns to create scalable, maintainable platforms. This role includes technical leadership, mentoring others, and contributing to long-term architecture decisions. 🛠 Tech Stack You’ll Use Modern API Development & MicroservicesSQL (MSSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), In-memory stores (Redis)CI/CD, Trunk-based development, Feature Flags 💡 What You Will Do Apply SOLID principles and Clean Architecture patterns to build scalable systems.Architect, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.Integrate services with cloud platforms, third-party systems, and internal tools.Implement performance optimizations and caching strategies (Redis).Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and testing.Apply AI to detect bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and increase reliability.Participate in architecture design conversations and long-term platform strategy.Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical plans.Mentor junior and mid-level developers, improving their technical skills and AI workflows.90%+ English (C1) — written and oral, strong communicator.8+ years of professional software development experience.Deep experience with SOLID, Clean Architecture, trunk-based development, and CI/CD using feature flags.Expert in C# / .NET Core and modern API design.Strong experience integrating with SQL, NoSQL, and Redis.Understanding of distributed systems, API security, performance engineering, and cloud-native patterns.Competence with AI-assisted development tools and modern automation.Strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.Familiarity with AWS or Azure. 🎁 What We Offer USD-based salaryFlexible schedule & Work From AnywhereEducational resources & paid learning opportunitiesReferral programSupportive, friendly, and chill atmosphere ✨ 🌎 We are accepting applications from LATAM countries 📩 Ready to level up?
