Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Investigate and correct data discrepancies. Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies. Generate investigative reports to support business decisions. Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization). YAML and Trix experience. Familiarity with Looker dashboard usage (viewing only, not development). Domain Knowledge: Sales domain experience is highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes. Soft Skills: Clear and fluent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience: 5+ years in data analysis or related roles. Prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting. Why Cognizant?
