About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven E‑commerce Account Specialist to lead and grow our business with key pure players in Mexico including Amazon and Mercado Libre. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales, optimise product visibility and enhance customer experience across these platforms. What You Will Do Account Management: Own the commercial relationship with Amazon and Mercado Libre, including joint business planning, negotiations and performance tracking. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise growth. Marketing & Merchandising: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, optimise product listings and ensure brand consistency. Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability and minimise out‑of‑stocks. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data, customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular performance reports and insights. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, operations and customer service teams to deliver a seamless e‑commerce experience. Platform Expertise: Stay up to date with platform policies, tools and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 2 years of experience in e‑commerce account management, preferably with Amazon and/or Mercado Libre. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and e‑commerce analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Bonus Points if You Have Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG. Amazon Dealer portal knowledge. Strong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of digital commerce.
