Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Programs & Reimbursement ManagementManagement and validation of dealer incentive programs (bonus, rebates, campaigns, commercial offers, corporate evaluation, warranty refund, damage refund, maintenance packages, etc.).Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments to the dealer network.Follow up to dealer payment balances and ensure proper accounting treatment.Financial Planning & AnalysisManagement monthly forecast, budgeting, and financial projections for commercial and dealer incentives.Monitor the evolution of dealer program costs and financial impact.Provide analysis of variances vs. forecast and budget.Identify and inform risks or opportunities from incentive schemes.Business PartneringCollaborate directly with Sales, After Sales, Commercial Planning, Dealer Development, and Finance.Provide financial recommendations on new programs, incentive structures, and commercial proposals.Support Sales operation and HQ with data and analytics for decision-making.Reporting & ControlElaboration of financial reports, KPIs and dashboards related to dealer program performance.Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.Maintain and improve internal processes and standards related to dealer payments.Implement efficiency improvements and digitalization where possible.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2 - 4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance in the automotive industry, other industries Will be not consider.Strong background experience in: automotive industry, dealer business model or commercial incentives, dealer payments administration, bonus / rebates / warranty refund programs (preferred).English: Advanced Proficiency.“At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
