Centris is a U.S. headquartered customer contact hub offering bilingual (English & Spanish) call center, back‑office, and support services with three nearshore locations. Headquartered in Texas, Centris has become one of the most rapidly growing inbound customer service hubs in Mexico with locations in Monterrey, Aguascalientes, and Queretaro.We are looking for someone to join our IT department as a Junior IT Specialist.ResponsibilitiesPerform system administration tasks, including managing networks, servers, Linux, and Active Directory.Provide support for end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Conduct regular hardware maintenance on various devices.QualificationsBasic to intermediate skill level.Advanced English Level (Conversational English proficiency).Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.Strong hardware maintenance skills.Helpdesk experience is a plus.Effective communication skills.RequirementsEducational background in IT or related field.Experience in IT, focusing on networks, servers, Linux, Active Directory, or cloud computing.High school or equivalent (required).IT department experience: 1 year (required).English (required).ScheduleMonday – Friday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM (1 hr lunch).PerksWeekly payment.Law benefits.Great working environment.Career development opportunities.Weekends off.Pay$25–$30 per month.Work LocationIn person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
