Location: Remote (Candidates from any location) Type: Contractor About the Role: We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our Transformation team, helping clients successfully adopt Workday solutions (HCM, Financials, or SCM) and navigate strategic organizational change. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption, improve workforce experience, and ensure project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through organizational change and technology adoption. Partner with deployment, project management, and post-production teams throughout project lifecycles. Assess and analyze stakeholder, adoption, and organizational change challenges across complex organizations. Develop change management strategies, communication plans, training materials, and adoption tools. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and presentations, both remote and in-person. Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions to leadership. Support visioning, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and workforce alignment initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Technology Adoption, or related fields. Experience in at least one of the following: Organizational Change Management, Technology Adoption, Adult Learning, Workforce Training, Internal Communications, Program/Project Management. Workday Pro Services (Implementer) Certification in HCM, Financials, or SCM preferred. Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment and travel as needed. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
