Customs Specialist Byd•Puebla, Puebla (de los Angeles), México Descripción del trabajo El especialista en aduanas será responsable de gestionar la importación y exportación, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos locales. Responsabilidades Familiarizarse e interpretar las políticas de aduanas locales, incluyendo privilegios de importación/exportación, gestionar exenciones fiscales y requisitos de acreditación. Revisar y verificar datos de declaraciones, establecer un sistema de gestión y archivo de datos para asegurar precisión y trazabilidad. Dirigir inspecciones de cumplimiento aduanero local y establecer mecanismos de respuesta ante auditorías, mejorando procesos internos. Coordinación de requerimientos de sistemas IT relacionados con aduanas y planificar la construcción de un sistema de despacho aduanal. Garantizar que el manejo y procedimientos de aduanas internacionales cumplan con políticas regulatorias locales, desarrollar y mejorar estándares internos y manuales de procesos. Ubicación inicial en Ciudad de México y posible traslado a otras ciudades conforme el desarrollo de la fábrica. Requisitos Grado universitario o superior; se prefiere experiencia en gestión aduanera, comercio internacional, logística, cadena de suministro, derecho, finanzas o economía. Dominio de herramientas de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Conocimiento de leyes y regulaciones aduaneras, políticas de comercio internacional y procesos de importación/exportación. Habilidades de comunicación interdepartamental para coordinar eficazmente con aduanas, logística, finanzas y otros departamentos. Dominio del español y del inglés, con excelentes habilidades de habla, escucha, lectura y escritura. #J-18808-Ljbffr
