Process Engineer Great opportunity to develop your skills Miba Precision Technologies Mexico Fulltime More than 4 years professional experience Apply online Responsibilities Preparation of technical sheets of new equipment and/or machinery. Ensure the significant characteristics of the process in their responsibilities. Develop and update standard operation manuals for processes. Continuous improvement, proposing and leading continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen. Process Analysis, evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Investigate and analyze the causes of deviations in processes and products, proposing corrective and preventive solutions. Develop process flowcharts and map them. Generate periodic reports on the performance of the processes and the improvements implemented. Requirements Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, statistical control and process design. Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the specific industry. Knowledge in basic chemistry and process with adhesives. AMEF dominance Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma. Ability to perform statistical and data analysis. In-depth understanding of industrial and engineering processes. Ability to identify problems in processes and develop effective solutions.
