Position Summary Lead, develop, and implement Environmental, Health and Safety strategies across Divisions and Facilities. Ensure complete compliance with corporate, legal regulations, and standards. Continuously improve EHS risk management and leadership alignment. Execute high‑impact strategies that engage all employees. Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS Management systems aligned with corporate standards and legal compliance. Ensure facilities maintain certifications, compliance documentation, permits. Lead EHS audits of EHS Management plans and ensure timely corrective actions. Risk management and incident prevention by establishing assessments and mitigation plans. Track and analyze overall EHS performance at all division and functions. Create sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, emissions control, energy efficiency and environmental impact. Lead the systems implementation in facilities as ISO14001, ISO45001 and equivalents. Oversee emergency response plans and crisis communication protocols. Report EHS performance to divisional and corporate leadership. Develop EHS champions within facilities to achieve division goals. Complete corporate EHS compliance assessments in the division. Coordinate, manage, and provide training at all levels and divisions. Ensure ongoing education of all employees in EHS. Provide technical and operational recommendations to meet manufacturing goals. Support proper startup, permitting, and training for new facilities. Supervise all Parker Apodaca allocations. Represent the division at external meetings and seminars. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as EHS or related science. Advanced English proficiency (C+). 12 years of experience in ergonomics or behavior‑based safety. 6+ years in a leadership role. Advanced knowledge of applicable EHS regulations. High experience leading EHS programs. Strong planning skills. Essential competencies: strategic thinking, accountability, teamwork, leadership, decision making, relationship building, results orientation, excellent communication, sense of urgency, problem solving, client orientation.
