Contexto Organizacional Reporta directamente al Data Manager y colabora con equipos de Desarrollo, BI, Infraestructura y Gobierno de Datos, asegurando alineación técnica y cumplimiento de estándares. Responsabilidades Diseñar arquitecturas de datos para entornos cloud y on-premise. Definir modelos de datos, estrategias de integración y lineamientos técnicos. Implementar prácticas de seguridad, optimización y performance en bases de datos. Documentar arquitectura, flujos y componentes; mantener repositorios técnicos actualizados. Asesorar en decisiones tecnológicas relacionadas con datos y plataformas. Habilidades Técnicas Modelado de datos (OLTP/OLAP) y arquitecturas distribuidas. Experiencia en plataformas Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka deseable). Manejo de servicios cloud (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks). Conocimiento en herramientas ETL/ELT y orquestación de pipelines (Airflow, Glue, Data Factory). Bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL. Habilidades de Comunicación Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas. Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios. Comunicación clara y asertiva.
