Create and develop the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy for us in Mexico and Latin America, aligned with PPG's global standards, to positively affect communities and ensure sustainability in all areas of the organization. This job is hybrid located in Mexico City and will report to Communication, PR and Social Responsibility Director. Key Responsibilities Develop ESG strategies and programs to meet established goals, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing corresponding action plans. Obtain social impact, social responsibility, and sustainability certifications and ensure the collection of ESG information for communication and the annual social responsibility, sustainability, and ESG report. Evaluate our social, environmental, and governance impact, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to reduce negative impacts and increase positive impacts. Establish and maintain relationships with all partners, such as employees, suppliers, customers, and local communities, to strengthen collaboration and maximize the impact of social responsibility projects. Manage the budget allocated for social responsibility activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and providing periodic reports on the results of implemented programs. Qualifications 6 years of experience in social impact and responsibility, including analysis and strategies to minimize a company's impact, and proposing and implementing strategies to improve the brand's reputational, environmental, and social performance. Experience implementing the United Nations' Agenda, measuring the impact of ESG programs, and maintaining relationships with international organizations and civil society organizations.
