Qualification Graduate of BS in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. Must be a Licensed Chemist. At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities. Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Possesses a solid background in laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and equipment operation and maintenance. Responsibilities The Laboratory Manager oversees and manages all laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GLP, safety, and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Management/CEO, they review and sign Certificates of Analysis (COAs) prior to client release, while ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all laboratory test results and documentation. They lead the development, verification, and validation of analytical methods, including reviewing standard procedures and QC charts, and supervise laboratory safety, equipment procurement, staff training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
