The Job Your main responsibilities will be to: 60% of the time: Quality Inspector 40% of the time: Inspector Supervisor Supervise a team of 15 quality inspectors in Mexico, oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators and on-site assessments. Take actions based on their results. Act as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors. Train quality inspectors to the QIMA inspection standard processes and clients' specific requirements and inspection protocols. Follow-up the timely inspection report submission of each member of your team to ensure same-day report delivery to the client. Lead the investigations to establish whether any claims related to the inspectors' actions are legitimate. Represent QIMA during meetings with customers in the region, provide technical expertise, and kickoff inspection programs. In order to be successful in this role, you must have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, strong familiarity with Quality Management Practical experience in performing QC inspections Team player and experience in managing a team of quality controller or operators Ability to travel all over Mexico to perform inspections and work with your team members Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr
