Industrialization Engineer H/MOverviewResponsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization, leading and assisting new operational methods required for engine maintenance, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement actions for existing methods. Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team, ending with the implementation of a new operational method.Job RequirementsDegree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical EngineeringAt least 3 years of Aviation Engineering experience, Technical Support Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Operations, in OEM or MRO environmentProficient in product support and troubleshooting proceduresExperience in OEM technical support, or related MRO operations/engineeringFamiliar with technical support environment, processes, and manuals used for aircraft maintenance; working knowledge of Aviation Airworthiness requirements like Part 145 is advantageousEffective Project Management and interpersonal skillsProficient with Microsoft software applicationsSound knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9000 and AS9110Excellent attitude, good team player, motivated, driven, committedAbility to multi-task in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills; well versed in written and spoken EnglishAble to think ahead, process data, make decisions and solve problemsCompany InformationSafran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
