Graphic Designer For Digital Agency

Job description We are looking for an Entry-Level Graphic Designer that specializes in WordPress to join our team at JAST Media, a digital marketing agency. We're focused on helping our clients increase sales and profitability through online digital marketing and advertising. Are you web-savvy, hyper-organized, process-driven, and goal-oriented? Can you handle a fast-paced work environment and collaborate with team members to create the best websites and marketing solutions for our clients? If this sounds like you, send us your resume right away Day‑to‑Day Meet with clients and team members to determine the scope of a project Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs Design website layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces Present design concepts to clients or art directors Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them Requirements/Qualifications/Skills Strong graphic design skills: minimum 3 years experience working in graphic design for websites Experience with developing designs for websites on WordPress and other platforms Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (including XD) and MS Office: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Powerpoint, etc. Video editing Proficiency in After Effects Strong understanding of scaling desktop to responsive design Able to switch rapidly between different projects Able to work effectively and independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines Able to work both independently and as a member of a cross‑functional team Ability to manage other team members to meet deadlines, ensure proper QA, design standards, etc. Extremely detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, disciplined, organized, self‑sufficient, proactive, and take ownership of work assigned Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Can communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues Able to do design calls with clients and produce top‑notch work Approach your work with an open, flexible outlook and a focus on innovation Engage with a positive attitude within the larger team to produce the best possible product and results Strong layout skills Analytical skills Maximize your time and output by thinking creatively and working smarter, not just harder Desire to learn new things What's the Comp?
