Position Title Regional Supplier Quality Manager Reports to Strategic Procurement Manager Location Silao, MX Desired Outcome Implement a strategic approach for supplier selection and management. Ensure effective quality assurance across the organization. Support risk mitigation for supplied materials and components. Key Responsibilities Establish category‑specific quality standards, aligned with global supplier guidelines. Provide quality metrics and input for new supplier onboarding, in coordination with MGMs and APEs. Lead supplier quality audits and coordinate site information to ensure compliance. Review materials and supplier quality at sites; ensure suppliers meet required standards. Drive problem‑solving and performance‑improvement actions with suppliers. Analyze supply risk and develop mitigation plans. Ensure cross‑functional alignment with SQEs, Incoming Inspectors, MGMs, Logistics, and SCM teams to maintain consistent quality guidelines. Target Capabilities 4+ years of experience in supplier quality management, including audits. Strong technical knowledge of materials, components, supplier landscapes, and manufacturing processes. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience in procurement and/or quality in connector technology or similar industries (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Excellent communication skills in English (C level), written and verbal.
