We are looking for a Legal Specialist (Junior level) to join our Revenue team in LaTam. This role will support commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, ensuring smooth operations and legal risk management.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and support contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements (internal & external)Assist with regulatory filings and ensure company complianceProvide basic legal research and prepare internal memosSupport internal stakeholders with legal documentation and process flowMaintain corporate records and assist in governance activitiesLiaise with external counsel as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law 1–3 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably with exposure to Start-ups and/or Technology companiesFamiliarity with Indonesian commercial, corporate, and employment lawStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksFluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and spoken)
