Position Summary The Senior Enterprise Architect (SSA) will serve as a dedicated SAP pre‑sales resource to clients and prospects to support the meeting of revenue targets for SAP third‑party maintenance services. You will articulate the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to clients and prospects and aid in the execution of sales strategies and positioning of the SAP product line by delivering customer‑specific presentations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop proposals and presentation content for specific sales opportunities. Present the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to prospective customers. Respond to customer questions and inquiries. Partner with pre‑sales Enterprise Architects regarding full‑service offerings, including managed services and SaaS services. Coordinate globally with cross‑functional teams. First point of contact for renewal support sales. Share product knowledge with the broader SAP team. Deliver presentations (remotely and in person) with confidence and answer objections. Provide detailed scoping requirements for the support services that will be delivered by Rimini Street. Manage the internal sales process to close the deal. Additional Duties & Responsibilities Travel as required to support SAP product line sales & initiatives. Qualifications / Skills / Experience Education Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree. Location Mexico. Experience 10+ years of hands‑on experience in an SAP Product Line environment. At least 5 years pre‑sales experience, including 2‑3 years in a pre‑sales role selling IT services; experience in understanding, scoping, defining service requirements (SOW) and articulating the IT service value proposition, roles and responsibilities. Required Qualifications Understanding of Solution Manager and the most common components implemented. Understanding of License and Maintenance agreements. Knowledge of Cloud offerings, like AWS, Azure and GCP. Skills In depth understanding of SAP software. Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and presentation). Strong documentation skills (Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong collaboration skills. Strong speaking skills (telephone, onsite, conference or seminar). Languages required: fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese nice to have).
