Descripción del Puesto:

Como parte del equipo de Gobernanza ERP, este puesto es para un especialista en aplicaciones dentro del conjunto ERP, liderado por el sistema SAP S/4HANA on-premise y sus sistemas de soporte como Fiori. Como especialista, tendrás un rol crítico en asegurar la gestión efectiva, el cumplimiento y la optimización de nuestro entorno SAP S/4HANA. Colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales, proporcionando orientación técnica y fomentando las mejores prácticas para la gobernanza de SAP S/4HANA. Este es un rol de Contribuidor Individual (IC) que requiere trabajo práctico con el sistema SAP.


Ubicación: México Remoto, con disponibilidad para visitar la oficina en Polanco ocasionalmente


Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, o campos relacionados con STEM.
  • Inglés avanzado fluido
  • 5-8 años de experiencia en roles similares con foco en la gobernanza técnica de SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conocimiento en desarrollo y auditoría de código ABAP o administradores Basis
  • Conocimiento en estrategias de pruebas y metodologías de gestión de calidad de software.
  • Experiencia en sistemas de monitoreo de rendimiento y optimización de SAP.
  • Experiencia en gestión de cambios y procedimientos de escalación de soporte.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración para trabajar con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y eficiente.


Responsabilidades:Gobernanza Técnica:
  • Definir e implementar políticas, estándares y procedimientos de gobernanza técnica para los sistemas SAP S/4HANA.
  • Auditar la calidad del código ABAP personalizado e implementar procedimientos internos y externos para asegurar la calidad constante del código. Ejemplos: estrategia TDD, pruebas Mock, etc.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema, seguridad y cumplimiento de las directrices establecidas.
  • Identificar y abordar riesgos técnicos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Mantener documentación relacionada con los procesos de gobernanza técnica.
Gestión de Cambios:
  • Evaluar e implementar cambios, mejoras y actualizaciones del sistema SAP S/4HANA.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y seguridad para gestionar solicitudes de cambio.
  • Asegurar la adherencia a los procesos de gestión de cambios establecidos.
Soporte de Escalación:
  • Identificar problemas complejos que requieran experiencia adicional y que puedan necesitar escalación a niveles de soporte superiores.
  • Documentar claramente el problema, síntomas, pasos de resolución tomados y registros relevantes para una transferencia eficiente.
  • Colaborar con equipos de soporte de segundo y tercer nivel, incluyendo el soporte de SAP, para resolver los problemas escalados.
  • Seguir el progreso de los incidentes escalados y mantener informados a los interesados sobre el proceso de resolución.
Optimización de Rendimiento y Solución de Problemas Avanzada:
  • Analizar y diagnosticar problemas técnicos reportados por usuarios o identificados a través de herramientas de monitoreo del sistema. Analizar métricas de rendimiento y recomendar mejoras.
  • Solucionar errores del sistema, fallos de aplicaciones y problemas de configuración dentro de SAP S/4HANA. Colaborar con administradores BASIS para mejorar el rendimiento del sistema.
