Summary Platzi is looking for a Head of Human to oversee and coordinate all Human Talent operations with a data-driven approach. This role is for someone who can align talent strategies with the company's priorities, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. Requirements Design and execute a comprehensive Human Talent strategy that supports Platzi's growth and development goals. Lead the talent selection and hiring process, identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with the company culture. Implement and oversee performance management systems to assess, recognize, and develop staff. Facilitate leadership development programs to drive growth and effectiveness among leaders within the organization. Foster and maintain a positive company culture and high levels of employee engagement. Administer benefits and compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and team well-being. Utilize data and metrics to make informed Human Talent decisions and assess the impact of HT initiatives on the company's success. Develop and implement training and development programs for managers to enhance their leadership skills and career growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and workplace practices. Guarantee that Platzi's values are embedded in all practices and processes, fostering an environment and mindset focused on achieving objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Mexican and Colombian regulations, as well as other applicable employment laws in the regions where we operate. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience as Head of Human Talent or in similar roles. Experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on talent management and performance management. Experience in designing, developing, and supporting talent management programs that cover performance management and talent development. Deep knowledge of talent management methods and best practices, as well as Mexican and Colombian labor laws and regulations, in addition to other applicable local, state, and federal employment policies. Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and leadership skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative skills for developing innovative talent management solutions. High resilience and tolerance for frustration. Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum). Startup experience is desirable.
