We are seeking a talented Apparel/T-shirt Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This is a direct-hire, one-time placement role—please note we are not seeking managed staffing or ongoing services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about apparel design, skilled in both traditional and AI-assisted design tools, and capable of creating production-ready artwork for screen printing and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. Key Responsibilities Create visually stunning apparel designs and graphics for client projects, including T-shirts and merchandise collections. Develop cohesive design collections and merchandising plans to present to clients. Prepare production-ready files for screen printing, DTG, and other apparel manufacturing methods. Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional work. Leverage AI-powered design tools and modern software platforms, including Canva, Gemini, and Banana, to enhance creativity and efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in apparel or merchandise design. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and high-quality design work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design software. Experience using AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
