Facilities Manager Cushman & Wakefield • Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México, México Descripción del trabajo Requisitos Ing. industrial, mecánica, o a fin Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado Experiência en mantenimiendo de inmuebles, oficinas corporativas Actividades Elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales de la operación, así como proyecciones financieras sobre el impacto de las propuestas realizadas. Manejo de presupuesto y proveedores. Recorridos en inmueble para realizar autogestiones. Seguimiento al proceso de facturación, así como la elaboración y seguimiento de contratos. Supervisión de la cuadrilla de técnicos y del equipo de limpieza. Auditorías a los reportes de operación, validar calidad del servicio. Relación con el cliente, reuniones semanales, mensuales. Dar soporte operativo al equipo de mantenimiento. Encargado de administrar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de aire acondicionado, plantas de emergencia, sistemas eléctricos garantizando la obtención de resultados. Gestionar actividades equipo de trabajo. Garantizar condiciones seguras de trabajo para el desarrollo de las actividades y tareas dentro de su operación. Gestionar los recursos financieros, controlar, administrar y supervisar el uso de los recursos financieros de acuerdo al presupuesto definido. Representar a la Compañía ante el cliente, para lograr satisfacción del mismo. Conocimientos y operación en los mantenimientos a equipos como Aire Acondicionado, UPS, Plantas de Emergencia, Tableros eléctricos, etc. Administración y control de proveedores. Elaboración de reportes operativos. Atención auditorías internas, clientes y externas. Ofrecemos Sueldo bruto: $33,000 mensual Prestaciones de ley A los 3 meses SGMM, Seguro de vida.
