If you have experience in logistics, international trade, and documentation management, this is your opportunityA professional with a university degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Additional qualification in customs, IMMEX, Annex 24, or international logistics will be positively valued.The LOGISTICS SPECIALIST will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing all inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, ensuring cost efficiency, legal compliance, and timely delivery of project materials.Plan, coordinate, and schedule shipments at both national and international levels in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Negotiate with logistics providers worldwide.Manage and track shipments in transit from origin to destination, communicating status updates to project management, sales, and other stakeholders.Develop reports and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and communication (e.g., Develop controls and performance metrics to help meet project milestones.Customs, security, other import/export regulatory agencies).Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.~5+ years of experience in supply chain management, especially in logistics/transport management within international industrial companies.~ Experience in managing logistics documentation (DUA, customs declarations, invoices, packing lists).~ Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP R3 (MM/LE) or similar ERP systems.~ Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.~ Knowledge of IMMEX/Annex 24 digital systems/software (e.g., Immediate incorporation into a dynamic and international team.Participation in cutting-edge projects in the field of robotics.Are you passionate about logistics and supply chain management?This is your opportunity to grow and make your mark on projects that are revolutionizing the industry with robotics and artificial intelligence
