Job DescriptionStablish strategies to sustain safety standards supporting OSHAS 18K, and environmental policies in all areas. Implement countermeasures in order to solve unsafe conditions and near misses with the support of all staff. Assure accomplishment of job risk analysis and all procedures related to guarantee health and safety in departments and supporting complete body shop.Manage daily operation of body shop through shop floor management evaluating and planning the needs of the team according to the production planning to assure daily production schedule (PC1) and quality metrics above target (FTC, DRP, DVX, CSA and I-Status) considering maintenance perspective.Assure TMS maintenance activities to prevent machine breakdowns and eliminate force degradeTo be responsable to keep moral of the team, managing training, vacations and relation with unión supporting labor conditions according to colective work contract. Follow-up accomplishment of skills assessment matrix assuring personnel capable to execute maintenance activities distributed on all crews attacking MTTr.Keep basic standards of 5S´s and 5T´s on maintenance areas and spare crib assuring correct waste segregation according environmental standards, repair parts.Follow-up quality issues through DIM, leading machine issues applying BP´s and SPW tools.Manage daily data collection to attack losses of the lines, supporting 13 KPI´s of Stellantis Production System.Develop strategies to improve TC in order to reduce expenses related with manpower, MM&S, and purchase services.Implement BP stablished on SPW based on technical domains.Responsible to plan weekly manpower planning for all maintenance leaders and especialists. Evaluate and plan the needs of maintenance during production shutdown.Assure feedback to VPE team, CoC and OEM to prevent issues and assure maintainability of installed and new equipments.Support all initiatives to reach SPS targets according WTB plan. Responsible to keep LTF and Energy KPI´s with positive trend as body shop.Ensure the spares and consumables for the machines related the technology they are in charge are available in the line / warehouse.Requirements8 years of experience related.Engineering Degree.
