This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly operate across both high‑level financial analysis and day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.Responsibilities—what you'll do:Manage full‑cycle accounting processes, including month‑end and year‑end closeMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reportingPerform hands‑on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense trackingPrepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision‑makingMonitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planningAssist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insightsEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiativesRequirements:Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day‑to‑day accounting operationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in full‑cycle accountingAdvanced, hands‑on proficiency in QuickBooks (non‑negotiable)Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversightExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data managementStrong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysisFully fluent in EnglishAbility to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)This position is for serious, career‑oriented candidatesOther qualities we look for:CPA or equivalent certificationExperience working in fast‑paced or startup environmentsHigh level of professionalism, reliability, and integrityAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills across departmentsWhat we offer:Best salaries in the industryPermanent ability to work from anywhere in the worldOpportunities for growth and advancementA fast‑paced and collaborative environmentWarm and friendly company cultureFull benefitsBenefits at Persona:Health insuranceUnlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves)Annual bonuses based on performanceMonthly tech allowanceOpportunity to be paid in your currency of choiceThis is a full‑time and long‑term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
