SUPERVISOR DE MANTENIMIENTO Perfil: Conocimiento en mantenimiento mecánico, neumático, eléctrico e hidráulico. Conocimiento en IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, VDA 6.3 Conocimiento en análisis de fallas, metodologías de resolución de problemas, metodologías de confiabilidad, gestión de seguridad, TPM, y mejores prácticas. Conocimiento en lectura de planos, diagramas eléctricos y manuales de máquina. Experiencia comprobable en máquinas de inyección de plástico (Preferentemente Engel 2200 ton) y en sistemas de ensamble automatizados. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en el mismo puesto (mantenimiento industrial automotriz). Manejo de software de mantenimiento (SVISION). Liderazgo operativo y gestión de equipos. (Administrar a equipo de 4 técnicos de mantenimiento: roles, tareas, prioridades y desempeño). Principales Responsabilidades: Supervisar y coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de los equipos de ensamble (sistemas mecatrónicos, neumáticos y eléctricos), máquinas de inyección por moldeo, equipos periféricos (termorreguladores, tolvas, robots, chillers, compresores), infraestructura general de planta (eléctrica, neumática, hidráulica, mecánica e instalaciones en general). Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs de mantenimiento MTBF, MTTR, OEE, cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento preventivo, e indicadores de seguridad en mantenimiento. Coordinar análisis de fallas de equipos críticos (5 Why’s, Ishikawa, AMEF, Pareto). Generar estrategias para mejorar la confiabilidad y reducir paros no programados. Garantizar la operación continua con estándares automotrices (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, VDA 6.3), optimizando los tiempos de respuesta, los costos y la seguridad operativa. Gestionar los recursos de mantenimiento (personas, refacciones, órdenes de compra, presupuesto asignado, herramientas, etc.). Participar en proyectos de ingeniería para nuevos equipos o modificaciones proponiendo y asegurando que los equipos cumplan con el desempeño requerido y con el nivel de seguridad requerido.
