Medical Affairs Manager – Industria Farmacéutica Estamos buscando un Medical Affairs Manager para liderar iniciativas científicas y médicas en una farmacéutica global enfocada en innovación. Responsabilidades principales: Garantizar la consistencia científica en todas las comunicaciones relacionadas con los productos asignados. Desarrollar y mantener materiales científicos (monografías, presentaciones, kits). Diseñar e implementar programas de educación médica continua (CME) para profesionales de la salud. Liderar proyectos clínicos locales (IIT, NIT/PMS, estudios fase IIIb y IV) alineados con lineamientos globales. Coordinar planes de publicaciones (artículos, abstracts, posters) y actividades científicas en congresos, simposios y Advisory Boards. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para implementar estrategias de negocio. Impulsar una estrategia omnicanal en la comunicación médica, asegurando una experiencia integrada y consistente para profesionales de la salud en todos los puntos de contacto Brindar soporte científico a equipos de campo (Sales Force, MSLs, Market Access). Requisitos: Título en Medicina. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la industria farmacéutica . Conocimiento de códigos y regulaciones aplicables. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) Habilidades estratégicas, analíticas y de comunicación Redacción científica Deseable: Experiencia clínica Asistencia a congresos médicos Generación y análisis de datos Conocimientos en gastroenterología o medicina interna Participación en estudios clínicos fase 4 Ubicación: Ciudad de México Modalidad: Híbrida
