This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.Senior Support Specialist Finance (m/w/d)Your MissionThe main mission consists of the follow up and resolving of support cases in the area of Finance and Controlling, logged via the Puratos support portal, within the predefined SLA. The Senior Support Specialist will be an expert in the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) domain from a functional & technical point of view. Within his/her area of responsibilities the Senior Support Specialist will keep the group ICT Applications Support Team Lead informed about his/her activities.What you will doFollow up and resolve support cases logged via the Puratos support portal for the Finance and Controlling domainCoordinate the support related outsourcing within FI for both SAP and OdooEnsure reaching of OLA/KPI for FI and CO, in close collaboration with the SAP outsourcing partnerResponsible for the support follow up as senior support consultant, taking up more complex tickets and change requests.Write functional specifications for new approved change requestsPerform functional testing and validate integration testingEnsure execution of Change Requests and DevelopmentsAct as template keeper within your domain of expertise: protect the template, organize regression testing and identify template gapsAdvise/support Key/End Users in their daily job, defining best practices for system input and processingContribute in optimization activities and implement additional functionalities. Come up with proposals for optimization based on business support exchanges.Contribute to upgrades for SAP and OdooProvide assistance to the regional roll‑out teams when neededOrganize or assist in post implementation reviews and training sessionsContribute to the development of the Finance (both Odoo and SAP) template and document all changesWhat we expect from you5-7 years experienceAdvanced EnglishAP ERP in-depth knowledge in the FI and/or CO domain with focus on FinanceKnowledge on GL/AP/AR/AA/Automatic banking/credit management/ Interco integration is a minimum requirementOdoo and SAP ABAP knowledge (asset)In depth technical knowledge of setting up payment methods, payment files, use of DMEE is requiredIntegration knowledge MM/SD/PPWhat you can expect from PuratosWe are a warm family company with a historical growth track record and a clear long‑term vision for the future.
