Flex is seeking an Automation Process Engineer to join our Reynosa manufacturing team. You will report to the Process Engineering Manager and work on PLC, vision, robotics, and motion-control systems to keep production running smoothly.
You'll troubleshoot equipment, support continuous-improvement projects to boost OEE, and provide on-site technical guidance to production staff, applying structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.
