Business Operations & Billing Manager (Property Management Systems) We are looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented Operations & Billing Manager to oversee revenue operations, vendor payments, billing, and financial coordination across our property management business. This role acts as the operational backbone, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth flow between business, operations, and finance teams. You will manage billing workflows, contractor payments, vendor charges, and reconciliation to ensure all revenue and expenses are correctly captured. This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to streamline and improve SOPs. Key Responsibilities Business Operations – Revenue Manage revenue billing processes, including Stripe and PMS workflows. Partner with the business team to ensure correct billing flow and system setup. Oversee property management client billing. Create and maintain SOPs and operational systems to ensure accurate tracking of: Revenue Expenses Charges for supplies, maintenance, and other billable items Process affiliate payments from vendors. Review and update internal fulfillment SOPs for vendor lists and billing flows. Track and manage commission payments across teams and programs. Business Operations – Expenses Manage payroll for all contractors (hourly, task-based, and project-based). Process invoice payments from all vendors, including: Receiving, checking, and verifying invoices Coordinating approvals Oversee revenue-to-cash reconciliation, ensuring all collected revenue aligns with system reports, payouts, and invoices. Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy of all financial records. General Operations & Coordination Maintain strong communication with on-site teams and internal departments. Ensure operational workflows run smoothly and deadlines are met. Identify gaps and improve processes through updated SOPs. Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards as required. Requirements Experience in property management operations, billing, or finance. Strong familiarity with PMS systems (RealPage, OneSite, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.). Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to interpret numbers, track revenue/expenses, and spot discrepancies. Experience with vendor management, contractor coordination, and billing workflows. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
