Program Manager, Basket-Building, Marketplace Mexico Amazon Marketplace seeks a dynamic executive to lead the 3P Basket‑Building strategy in Mexico. The role drives initiatives to enhance the customer’s shopping cart experience by increasing purchases of complementary items, using data analytics to develop strategies for selection, pricing, and recommendations. The manager works cross‑functionally with tech and business teams to launch scalable solutions and improve 3P Mexico features such as Virtual Bundles, focusing on growth and operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities Stakeholder Management: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and build strong relationships across functions. Process Improvement: Standardize processes, drive automation, and ensure scalable, secure solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications Strategy & Growth: Identify opportunities in product selection (especially low‑cost itemsдошт and design programs to boost basket size and value. Analytics: Use data to develop insights, define KPIs, and build measurement frameworks for basket‑building features. Cross‑functional Leadership: Partner with Sales teams and Operations to define requirements and execute programs. Feature Implementation: Drive the adoption and improvement of features like accessory recommendations and virtual bundles. Strong program/project_bin management experience (5+ years). Proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with large thumbnail operations, supply chain, or e‑commerce. Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think big. Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audience. Basic Qualifications Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience. Knowledge of procurement and source‑to‑pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience. Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large‑scale technology deal.
